OBJECTIVES
  • Source high-resolution satellite imagery from reputable satellite constellation operators.
  • Deliver tailored imagery solutions to local companies for applications such as urban planning, agriculture, environmental monitoring, and infrastructure development.
  • Ensure timely, reliable, and high-quality imagery services to meet client specifications.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Imagery Acquisition
  • Identify and establish partnerships with major satellite constellation operators to acquire high-resolution imagery (e.g., optical and synthetic aperture radar data).
  • Negotiate licensing agreements to ensure compliance with data usage and distribution terms.
  • Verify imagery specifications, including resolution (sub-meter to 1-meter), frequency, and coverage area, to meet client requirements.
Data Processing and Quality Assurance
  • Perform initial quality checks on acquired imagery to ensure clarity, accuracy, and usability.
  • Process imagery to meet client-specific formats, projections, or analysis requirements (e.g., georeferenced TIFF, shapefiles).
  • Implement data security measures to protect sensitive imagery and client information.
Client Engagement and Delivery
  • Consult with local companies to understand their imagery needs and application requirements.
  • Provide customized imagery products, including raw data, processed maps, or analytical reports, based on client specifications.
  • Deliver imagery through secure digital platforms or physical media, ensuring timely and reliable access.
Support and Maintenance
  • Offer technical support for imagery integration into client workflows or software systems.
  • Provide updates or additional imagery acquisitions as per client contracts or recurring needs.
  • Maintain a feedback loop with clients to ensure continuous improvement of services.
